WinLag

Terms of Use

Effective 31 October 2026

By installing WinLag or signing in, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What WinLag is

WinLag sends the network traffic of the game you choose through our servers (nodes) when that route is faster than direct. Results depend on your provider, the game server and the networks between them, so we do not promise any specific reduction in ping or packet loss.

Beta

The service is in a closed beta. Features may change and access may be interrupted. The service is provided "as is".

Your account

You sign in with Steam or Discord. You are responsible for what happens in your account. The number of devices per account is limited.

Games and anti-cheat

WinLag does not change game files or read game memory. But the rules of games, tournaments and platforms are set by their owners and can change. You are responsible for following them. We cannot guarantee that a given game or platform will allow a network adapter or routing through a third-party server.

What is not allowed

If these terms are broken, we may suspend or close access.

Payment

The price and how you pay are shown before you buy. The terms of a paid plan apply from the moment of purchase.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, including lost matches, restrictions in games or on platforms, and lost in-game items. Consumer rights that cannot be limited by law are not affected.

Open-source components

The app uses open-source components, such as WireGuard and Wintun, under their licences.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page. By continuing to use the service, you accept the new version.
